From the West (Downtown Rochester):
Take Route 490 East approximately 5 miles to Exit 23 - Rt. 441 Linden Avenue and proceed east toward Penfield. Continue on Rt. 441 for 12.4 miles, turning Right onto Rt. 350 (Ontario Center Rd.) Follow Rt. 350 for 2.1 miles where it intersects Barnes Road. Turn Left onto Barnes Road and Braebern Farm will be 1.6 miles on the left.
